Security
See the devices signed in to your Lightfield account and sign out any of them, or all of them at once.
Security lists every device signed in to your Lightfield account, and lets you sign any of them out. Use it after you lose a device, sign in on a shared computer, or want to make sure only your current devices have access.
Who can use it
Section titled “Who can use it”Everyone, on every plan and in every role. It shows only your own sessions. For how Lightfield protects your data, see Security.
See where you’re signed in
Section titled “See where you’re signed in”Go to Settings → Security. It has two groups:
- Current session: the device you’re using right now, marked Active now.
- Other sessions: every other device signed in to your account, headed with the count, for example 2 other sessions. Each shows when it was last seen, for example Last seen 3d ago.
Each session is labeled with how it signed in: OAuth for Continue with Google, SSO for single sign-on, and Magic link for an email link. See Signing in.
If you’re signed in only here, you see No other active sessions.
Sign out other devices
Section titled “Sign out other devices”Signing a device out ends its session at once. Anyone using it has to sign in again, and nothing else in your account changes.
- One device: hover the session and click Revoke. You see Session revoked.
- Every device except this one: click Revoke all next to Other sessions. You see All other sessions revoked. Do this after you lose a device or suspect someone else has access.
To sign out of the device you’re using, hover Current session and click Log out.
When it worked, the revoked sessions are gone from the list.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”Revoking a session fails
Section titled “Revoking a session fails”You see Failed to revoke session. The session may have already ended, or the connection dropped. Reload the page: if the session is gone, it’s signed out. If it’s still listed, click Revoke again.
I don’t recognize a session
Section titled “I don’t recognize a session”Click Revoke on it, or Revoke all to be safe. Then secure the account you sign in with: your Google account, your company’s identity provider, or your email inbox, since that’s what protects your Lightfield sign-in. If you think someone else got in, email support@lightfield.app.
