## Find the page you are on

The sidebar groups related tasks. In the app, **Settings → Sequences** is covered under Prospecting and sequences; **Settings → Recording** and **Settings → Meetings** are under Email, calendar and meetings. Field settings and pipelines are under Records and data. Every Settings article keeps its existing URL.

## Contact support

Ask the agent in chat first; it can inspect the workspace information available to it. You can also email <support@lightfield.app>, or use your shared Slack channel with our team if you have one.

Include the page or chat link, what you expected, what happened, and any exact error. For a missing meeting, include its time and timezone. Share screenshots that show the relevant control without exposing passwords, API keys or sign-in links.
